The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are agreed upon separately in a written proposal, invoice, or contract prior to commencement of work.

Quotes and Payment

All prices quoted on this website are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on project scope and is confirmed before work begins.

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, full payment) will be specified in the individual project agreement or invoice.

Late or missing payments may result in a pause or termination of ongoing work.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and materials needed to complete the project; to ensure that any content, images, logos, or text provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; and to review and approve deliverables within the timeframe specified in the project agreement.

Delays caused by the Client (late feedback, missing materials) may extend the project timeline accordingly.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final website files and designs created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets used (stock photos, plugins, themes, fonts) remain subject to their original licenses.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality, functional websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any website, as this may depend on third-party hosting, plugins, or services outside our control.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from website downtime, third-party service failures, or Client-side misuse.

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalle Tech Web Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement with written notice, as specified in the individual contract. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation, or if necessary, in the competent courts of Ukraine.
